Paralegal Assistant

About the role
The Paralegal Assistant will work on‑site in Maracaibo, supporting attorneys and legal staff at InteractiveWorkers, LLC with daily administrative and legal tasks. This full‑time position involves preparing documents, managing case files, and ensuring that all procedural deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain and update case files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate notarizations and other formal certifications.
- Conduct legal and factual research, summarize findings, and draft basic reports.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and external partners, scheduling appointments and hearings.
- Monitor deadlines and procedural requirements to ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Foundational knowledge of law and legal procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Maracaibo and maintain confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software and document‑management tools.
