Paid Media Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid digital advertising campaigns, primarily targeting the U.S. market. The role requires strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish and a data‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve conversion goals.
• Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Handle audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience working on campaigns aimed at the U.S. market.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort interpreting performance metrics.
