Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Operational Governance Auditor ensures post‑sales client interactions meet BairesDev’s quality and risk standards. Working remotely, you will audit calls, meetings, and CRM updates to spot risks, missed opportunities, and process deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions (calls, meetings, follow‑ups, documentation) for compliance with governance standards.
• Identify and document risks, missed opportunities, and deviations that could affect client satisfaction, delivery stability, or revenue.
• Produce clear, objective audit reports for account managers, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Track audit outcomes, analyze trends, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience in audit roles and post‑sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
