Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Operational Governance Auditor will review post‑sales client interactions and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and early risk detection. Working remotely, you will analyze calls, meetings, and CRM updates to protect client relationships and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions such as calls, meetings, follow‑ups, and documentation for compliance with governance standards.
• Identify and document risks, missed opportunities, and process deviations that could affect client satisfaction, delivery stability, or revenue.
• Produce clear, objective audit reports highlighting insights for account managers, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Track audit outcomes, detect recurring patterns, and support trend analysis and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and assist with corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in audit roles.
• Experience in post‑sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
