Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Operational Governance Auditor will review post‑sales client interactions to ensure quality, consistency and early risk detection. Working remotely, you will audit calls, meetings, follow‑ups and CRM updates, providing clear insights that protect client relationships and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions such as calls, meetings, follow‑ups and documentation against Client Services Governance standards.
• Identify and document risks, missed opportunities and process deviations that could affect client satisfaction, delivery stability or revenue.
• Produce objective audit reports highlighting the most relevant insights for account managers, delivery teams and leadership.
• Track audit outcomes, detect recurring patterns and support trend analysis and governance prioritization.
• Collaborate with Governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and assist with corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Previous experience in audit roles.
• Experience in post‑sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience in the tech industry.
