New Product Development Specialist

About the role

The New Product Development Specialist will own the execution of refresh and supplier‑led line‑extension projects for a designated brand cluster. You will ensure timelines are met, quality standards are upheld, and every launch reflects the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pipeline execution by moving refresh and line‑extension projects through each stage‑gate while maintaining an accurate launch tracker.
• Coordinate with suppliers on samples, specifications, and timeline commitments, holding them accountable to agreed dates.
• Prepare clean, complete gate packages to enable decisive reviews rather than status updates.
• Act as the connective tissue across engineering, design, claims, regulatory, testing, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Maintain organized specifications, briefs, and approvals in team systems as a single source of truth.
• Capture post‑launch learnings to improve future project baselines.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in product development, sourcing, project coordination, or a related CPG/consumer hardware role.
• Strong bias for follow‑through, closing loops and confirming details without assumptions.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
