National Sales Director

About the role

The National Sales Director will lead commercial growth for Luminis Technology in Venezuela, driving sales of advanced technology and automation solutions. Reporting to LGP leadership, you will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and establish the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Luminis Technology’s product portfolio across industrial, commercial and institutional segments.
• Build, manage and grow a sales pipeline, identifying and closing new business opportunities in line with OEM distribution agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting the value proposition and negotiating contracts, pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with LGP leadership, OEM partners, technical, logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline health and market feedback using LGP’s reporting tools.
• Represent Luminis Technology at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing trends and regulatory changes to inform broader go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B sales, business development or commercial leadership experience, preferably in technology, automation, energy or industrial equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Established network and credibility within Venezuela’s industrial, commercial or institutional sectors.
• Experience working with international OEMs or distribution partners is highly desirable.
