About the role

We are seeking a bilingual medical professional (English/Spanish) to join our health‑administration team at our Chacao office. The role combines direct patient communication with administrative support for medical testing results and insurance authorizations.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients by phone to convey their medical test results.
• Monitor and flag critical test results for timely follow‑up.
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of medical orders.
• Process authorization letters and coordinate with health‑insurance companies.
• Perform other related administrative activities as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Nursing, Bioanalysis, or Nutrition.
• Comfortable navigating digital platforms used in healthcare administration.
• Advanced conversational English in addition to native Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with healthcare platforms and information systems.
