Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join YÖY Cosmetics in Caracas to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand and expand its professional client network. This full-time, on-site position focuses on digital channels, content creation, and close collaboration with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage social media communities, create and publish digital content, and design visual assets for online and print use.
• Run paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google) and manage budgets, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Optimize the company’s digital presence through SEO best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Report campaign performance metrics to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager and in managing social ads.
• Hands-on graphic design experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience supporting sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
