Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing communications and go‑to‑market strategies for Infinix smartphones and ecosystem products in Venezuela. This role combines consumer insight, digital content creation, influencer partnership, and offline activation to boost brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute IMC and GTM strategies for product launches, covering positioning, feature storytelling and omni‑channel promotion.
• Build and manage a local consumer insights framework, conducting research on demographics, usage habits, purchase motivations and price sensitivity.
• Oversee social‑media content creation on TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, producing short videos and interactive campaigns tailored to Venezuelan youth.
• Develop and nurture relationships with tech, lifestyle and entertainment influencers, as well as media and co‑branding partners.
• Plan and execute offline retail activations, roadshows, pop‑up stores and seasonal campaigns to drive sell‑out.
• Lead the local marketing team, manage budgets and ensure high‑quality execution of all campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware or FMCG, preferably with smartphone GTM execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for business communication and cross‑border collaboration.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive execution, high stress tolerance and willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram and other social‑media platforms for content creation.
• Experience using AI tools for creative ideation and scriptwriting.
• Qualitative and quantitative user‑research methods with data‑to‑insight capabilities.
• Project‑management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
