Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing communications and go‑to‑market strategies for Infinix smartphones and ecosystem products in Venezuela, driving brand awareness and sales conversion among local youth.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute IMC and GTM strategies, overseeing product positioning, omni‑channel promotion and lifecycle management.
• Establish a local consumer insights framework, conduct research on demographics, usage habits, purchase motivations and price sensitivity.
• Produce high‑engagement short videos and interactive campaigns for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, leveraging AI tools for creative ideation.
• Build and nurture relationships with tech, lifestyle and entertainment influencers, and manage PR, media and co‑branding partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to plan offline roadshows, pop‑up stores and seasonal promotions to boost retail sell‑out.
• Lead the local marketing team, manage budgets and ensure high‑quality execution of all campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware or FMCG, with a focus on smartphone GTM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong business communication skills.
• High stress tolerance, proactive execution and willingness to work overtime during peak campaigns.
