Marketing Coordinator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute comprehensive multi‑channel marketing initiatives for our U.S.-based clients. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, requiring ownership of campaigns from concept through reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables across social, email, web, paid ads and more.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, optimization and performance reporting.
• Create and oversee high‑quality written, visual and video assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan, build and optimize funnels, landing pages, email sequences and automation workflows.
• Manage website content, basic SEO, conversion optimization and paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
• Analyze performance data, define KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+), strong written and presentation skills.
• 4‑5 years progressive marketing experience with hands‑on campaign execution.
• College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design, Business or related field.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel or similar).
• Paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Website/CMS management, basic SEO and conversion optimization.
• Analytics and KPI reporting.
