Managing Director – Retail & Digital Gaming (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

The Managing Director will lead the strategic, commercial, operational, and financial performance of the company’s omnichannel gaming business, covering both retail and digital operations. The role focuses on driving growth, profitability, national expansion, operational excellence, and launching new products and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall business performance and P&L.
• Lead national expansion and revenue growth.
• Expand retail points of sale and digital operations.
• Develop partnerships with major retailers and commercial partners.
• Identify and launch new gaming products and services.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships, M&A, and franchise opportunities.
• Ensure strong operational controls, regulatory compliance, and execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of gaming industry experience.
• Strong experience managing large‑scale gaming operations.
• Proven P&L responsibility.
• Successful track record in national expansion and business growth.
• Solid regulatory, compliance, and operational experience.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
