About the role
The Managing Director provides strategic and visionary leadership for the organisation, taking full responsibility for business planning, growth, operations, governance and performance management. This senior executive role shapes the long‑term direction of the company while ensuring day‑to‑day execution aligns with corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive strategic direction to achieve business growth.
- Oversee implementation of corporate plans, policies and budgets.
- Develop a high‑performance workforce and foster a strong organisational culture.
- Lead sustainable construction initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Direct all business activities, operations and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage risk, governance and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
