Logistics Coordinator (Remote – Venezuela/Dominican Republic)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our remote team, supporting operations in Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. The role focuses on managing transportation, warehousing, customs compliance, and data‑driven performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
• Classify goods using correct HS codes and ensure full customs compliance.
• Perform equipment valuation for customs purposes, following appraiser criteria.
• Handle end‑to‑end import/export documentation, incoterms and trade regimes.
• Analyze logistics data, build dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Track supply‑chain KPIs and implement efficiency improvements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, brokers and other partners to guarantee timely, compliant deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and tariff classification.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
