Logistics Coordinator (Remote – Venezuela, Dominican Republic)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our remote team serving Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. The role focuses on end‑to‑end logistics management, customs compliance, and data‑driven performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
• Classify goods using correct HS codes and ensure tariff compliance.
• Perform equipment and goods valuation for customs purposes.
• Manage import/export documentation, incoterms and customs procedures from start to finish.
• Analyze logistics data, build dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Track supply‑chain KPIs and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors, brokers and partners to guarantee timely and compliant deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classification.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and align with U.S. Eastern business hours.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
• Customs procedures and international trade documentation.
• Tariff classification (HS codes/partidas arancelarias).
• Equipment and goods valuation for customs purposes.
