About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Logistics Coordinator and Freight Dispatcher to manage heavy‑truck operations in Maracaibo. The role requires fluent English communication, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to daily dispatch activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily dispatching of heavy‑duty trucks.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates, fuel surcharges, and shipping terms with brokers and carriers.
• Monitor cargo status to ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Provide top‑tier customer support and resolve logistical challenges in real time.

Required profile

• Mandatory English proficiency for professional conversations and technical negotiations.
• Proven experience in heavy‑truck dispatching, load scheduling, and route optimization.
• Strong negotiation skills for freight rates and shipping terms.
• Excellent customer service orientation in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with DAT platform.
• Experience with Truckstop platform.
• Experience with 123Loadboard platform.
