Logistics Assistant

About the role

InteractiveWorkers, LLC is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Logistics Assistant to join its Maracaibo team. You will support daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of incoming and outgoing patrols, accurate documentation, and up‑to‑date tracking records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing patrols and manage related paperwork.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and tracking records.
• Assist with purchasing activities and supplier communication.
• Organise storage areas, conduct inventory counts, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Resolve issues with internal teams and customers, providing status updates.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and comply with safety guidelines.
• Perform administrative tasks for the logistics team as needed.

Required profile

• Strong logistics management abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Solid organisational skills, including time management.
• Ability to work on‑site in Maracaibo and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous logistics or operations support experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High level of English (C1‑C2).

• Familiarity with inventory systems.
• Experience using tracking platforms.
