About the role
Huawei is seeking a Legal Advisor for its Caracas office to support legal and administrative procedures with courts, public authorities, regulators, and third parties.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Venezuelan telecommunications, corporate, commercial, labor, tax, and administrative regulations.
- Manage corporate governance documents, licenses, permits, regulatory filings, and sector contributions.
- Draft and negotiate commercial, supplier, infrastructure, and service agreements.
- Advise management on legal and regulatory risks.
- Coordinate litigation and external counsel.
- Support labor, operational, and compliance matters.
Required profile
- Venezuelan-qualified lawyer with active professional registration.
- Significant experience in corporate and regulatory law, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure.
- Professional proficiency in English.
