Learning Experience Partner (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Learning Experience Partner to lead the design, delivery, and analysis of onboarding programs through its learning management system. The role blends strategic consulting with hands‑on technical development, leveraging modern authoring tools and AI‑driven solutions to create scalable learning experiences for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, and report on onboarding operations hosted in the company LMS.
• Maintain the full learning technology stack, including LMS, AI‑Studio, and related platforms.
• Create, update, and curate high‑quality learning content.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Analyze usage data and report on program effectiveness and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning, talent development, or related people‑facing roles.
• Proven track record measuring the business impact of onboarding programs.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP administration and instructional design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
