About the role

As a Learning Experience Partner at BairesDev, you will design, manage, and report onboarding programs delivered through the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as a strategic partner to business units, using modern authoring tools and AI‑driven solutions to create scalable, high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor onboarding operations within the LMS using modern authoring tools.
• Manage the full learning technology stack, including LMS, AI‑Studio, and related platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain learning content aligned with adult learning principles.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Analyze usage data and report on program effectiveness and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning, talent development, or related people‑facing roles.
• Proven track record measuring the business impact of onboarding programs.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP administration and instructional design.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
