Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Learning & Development Young Professional. You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning across a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
• Help create and update learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing content and ensuring it stays current.
• Collect participant feedback and contribute to the analysis of training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify learning needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Support the tracking and reporting of L&D metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent development, instructional design, or training.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
