About the role

We are seeking a reliable Lead Generator to join our sales team. The role focuses on generating and qualifying high‑quality leads through systematic outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline for our business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Source, research, and qualify prospects that match target criteria.
• Send connection requests and manage follow‑up messaging sequences.
• Handle replies, perform timely follow‑ups, and nurture prospects.
• Build targeted prospect lists and maintain outreach sequences.
• Record prospect details accurately and keep the CRM up to date.
• Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and prioritize leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead‑gen prospecting or sales development.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working full‑time on an EST shift.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Critical thinker, reliable, and fast‑working.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM to track and update prospect information.
