About the role

Smile Dental Care is seeking a dynamic Lead Front Desk professional to enhance the patient experience and support office operations. This full‑time, on‑site position offers clear pathways for advancement into management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients.
• Greet patients by name, guide them through their visit, and address inquiries.
• Answer and manage phone calls, schedule appointments for dentists and hygienists.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and assist with billing questions.
• Submit insurance claims with required documentation and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Track and schedule recare or treatment appointments for unscheduled patients.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of front‑desk or office experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• High professionalism, strong work ethic, and self‑motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven attitude to deliver top‑notch patient care.
