Lead Field Engineer Development Program

About the role

The Lead Field Engineer Development Program is a three‑and‑a‑half‑year accelerated pathway for recent engineering graduates to gain hands‑on field experience supporting critical customer operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in technical bootcamps, on‑the‑job training and competency‑based development.
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers in live operating environments.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot and maintain technical equipment and services.
• Support customers and field crews during high‑pressure operations and coordinate with operational teams.
• Travel extensively, work rotational schedules and adapt to unpredictable environments.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2027 or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) obtained within the last 12 months.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work non‑standard hours.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced and unpredictable settings.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, teamwork and leadership potential.

Required skills

• Hands‑on technical work in mechanical, electrical and system‑level troubleshooting.
• Ability to deploy, operate and maintain field equipment.
• Safety‑focused mindset and decision‑making under pressure.
