Key Account Manager Junior

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a proactive, commercially‑driven Junior Key Account Manager to help grow and sustain client relationships within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure high client satisfaction while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand account revenue.
• Monitor client needs and coordinate internal resources for successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with market research, consulting, and commercial operations teams.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
• Track account performance, client satisfaction, and support regional/global initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client objectives and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or other commercial roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit client sites regularly.
