Main Missions

• Review and evaluate code generated by advanced AI models to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Grade AI responses based on strict criteria including accuracy, instruction following, and code quality.
• Design and write complex programming challenges and questions to test and push the boundaries of AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, logical errors, and inconsistencies in AI-produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and highly structured feedback to facilitate continuous model improvement.
• Strictly adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Profile Required

• Strong foundational knowledge in software engineering and programming logic.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and code quality.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Excellent written communication skills for providing structured technical feedback.
• No prior experience in AI/Machine Learning is required; we provide the training.
