Junior Software Developer - AI Training Program (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for talented Software Engineers across Latin America to participate in a fully remote, paid program focused on enhancing the capabilities of large language models through high-quality code evaluation and generation.

Main Missions

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Rate AI responses based on multiple dimensions including correctness, instruction following, and overall quality.
• Develop complex computer science questions and coding challenges to rigorously test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and logical inconsistencies in AI-produced code following structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to drive continuous model improvement.
• Strictly adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in software engineering (Junior, Mid, or Senior level).
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the supported Latin American countries.
• Background in Full-stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, or other engineering disciplines is highly appreciated.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and coding best practices.
• Ability to provide structured technical feedback.
