Internship Program – Various Roles

About the role

Diageo’s Internship Program in Venezuela offers students the chance to work on real projects across several business areas, including Human Resources, Consumer & Shopper Insights, Brand Activation and Marketing for the Scotch portfolio. Interns will join high‑performing teams, contribute ideas from day one and gain exposure to a global leader in premium beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives such as talent development, learning programs and employee experience projects.
• Assist the Consumer Insights team by analysing data and turning findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and commercial decisions.
• Help execute brand activation activities, consumer experiences and point‑of‑sale projects in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to market analysis, campaign planning and innovation projects for the Scotch portfolio.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Communications, etc.).
• Curious, analytical and proactive with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
