About the role

We are a fast‑growing tech startup in Venezuela looking for enthusiastic interns to support our brand storytelling and marketing efforts. The positions are hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and last between three and nine months.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand voice and tone across web, app, and social channels.
• Conceptualize and script short‑form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Assist in planning and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns.
• Track growth metrics, manage social media calendars, and support app‑store optimization.
• Update website landing pages, improve SEO, and create copy for various digital assets.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Self‑starter attitude comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong written communication and curiosity for fast‑paced startup environments.
• Based in Venezuela and available for a hybrid schedule.

Required skills

• Familiarity with short‑form video formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Notion.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management.
