International Freelance Recruiter – Remote Commission Role

About the role

NexHire is seeking motivated freelance recruiters to join its global talent acquisition team. Working entirely remotely, you will help source and place qualified candidates for international vacancies across markets such as Brazil, Colombia, Romania, the UAE, and other regions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Identify and match profiles that meet the specific requirements of each vacancy.
• Engage potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess experience, language proficiency, motivation, and availability.
• Present qualified candidates to NexHire following the prescribed submission format.
• Maintain clear communication with the NexHire team throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide follow‑up support to candidates as needed during selection.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR sourcing.
• Fluent conversational English.
• Strong communication and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a personal recruitment pipeline, and meet commission‑based targets.
• Familiarity with international recruitment markets; experience in Brazil, Colombia, Romania, UAE, Europe, or LATAM is a plus.
