About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Quality Compliance team in Venezuela. As a Management System Engineer you will support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Compliance agenda across its manufacturing sites, ensuring food‑safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Compile regional quality KPIs, generate periodic reports and monitor compliance with the quality food‑safety agenda.
• Drive continuous improvement by taking corrective actions, supporting I2M projects and sharing best practices across plants.
• Assist in the implementation of the Quality Chain Management System (QCMS), related policies and HACCP standards.
• Participate in quality and food‑safety communities of practice, providing technical support and input.
• Contribute quality expertise to product and process design projects to meet growth and productivity targets.
