HubSpot CRM Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing HubSpot CRM Strategist to lead large‑scale HubSpot implementations for senior‑level clients. You will translate business objectives into end‑to‑end HubSpot solutions that span marketing, sales, service, content, data, and AI, ensuring measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex HubSpot projects aligned with client goals and operational needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building long‑term relationships.
• Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data Hubs and HubSpot AI.
• Design future‑state workflows, reporting frameworks, and data governance practices.
• Integrate HubSpot with client tech stacks using native or third‑party solutions.
• Mentor CRM specialists and collaborate cross‑functionally to align solutions with broader business objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and billing targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large HubSpot implementations for enterprise clients.
• Strong client‑management skills with a track record of influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose strategic, data‑driven improvements.
• Excellent communication and training abilities for both clients and internal teams.
