About the role
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Analyst to act as a key liaison between the Human Resources department and business units in Caracas. The role focuses on driving people strategies that support organizational goals, talent development, and a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes as a mandatory function.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
