About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Analyst to act as a key liaison between the Human Resources department and business units in Caracas. The role focuses on driving people strategies that support organizational goals, talent development, and a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
Manage payroll processes as a mandatory function.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
