Healthcare Compliance Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Healthcare Compliance Clerk to ensure our processes and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. This remote position involves handling operational tasks such as process documentation, data analysis for quality assurance, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily EVV dashboards to flag exceptions, missed punches, or out‑of‑range GPS alerts.
• Contact caregivers and field staff to correct missed data points and document valid reason codes.
• Cross‑reference EVV system logs with caregiver timesheets to ensure 100% data alignment before payroll and billing extraction.
• Maintain clean, timestamped compliance records to support audit readiness for state or Medicaid reviews.

Required profile

• Professional attitude and ethical behavior.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in advanced English.
• Proactive approach to anticipate and address scheduling conflicts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to completion.

Required skills

• Experience with EVV tools and billing platforms.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, HIPAA regulations, and healthcare compliance.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and reporting software.
• Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Hubstaff (web and desktop apps), WhatsApp groups, Wellsky/ClearCare, Smartsheet, Zoom.
