About the role

Join the Massage Heights team as a Guest Consultant, where you will educate guests about massage and skincare services while driving membership and gift‑card sales. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to grow within a supportive, wellness‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Educate guests confidently about services, products, and the therapeutic benefits of massage and skin therapy.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership enrollments and gift‑card sales.
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating clearly, and responding to guest needs.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat, articulate tone.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with team members and guests.

Required profile

• Strong guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services.
• Positive, energetic demeanor with a fast‑learning attitude.
• Critical thinking skills for resolving customer conflicts.
• Passion for interacting with people and delivering outstanding service.
