Full-Cycle Recruiter – Temp & Temp-to-Hire Staffing (US Client)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Full‑Cycle Recruiter to support a US‑based staffing agency. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for temporary and temp‑to‑hire placements, maintain accurate ATS records and meet recruitment KPIs while working on a Pacific Standard Time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, databases and other channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews, follow‑up with candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
• Maintain complete and accurate records in the ATS for all recruitment activities.
• Support temporary and temp‑to‑hire staffing initiatives and monitor KPIs such as calls, submissions, placements and turnover.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI‑powered recruitment tools to improve productivity and workflow.
• Assist with additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience across various roles or industries.
• Proven ability to source candidates and meet performance targets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, urgency and accountability.
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PST and adapting to new systems and AI tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with staffing ATS (e.g., TempWorks or similar).
• Experience using AI‑driven recruitment technology.
