About the role

Falcon Funded is seeking a proactive Forex Sales Representative to engage Spanish‑speaking prospects via chat. You will use our proven scripts while tailoring conversations to each lead, ensuring a high‑quality experience that builds lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Conduct chat‑based conversations with inbound Spanish‑speaking leads.
Adapt sales scripts to match individual customer needs.
Maintain multiple simultaneous chats while delivering consistent service.
Support the sales funnel by qualifying prospects and guiding them toward funding opportunities.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of chat‑based sales or comparable sales experience.
Fluent Spanish for client communication and solid English for internal coordination.
Strong knowledge of Forex trading concepts.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
