Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director leads the organization’s daily financial activities, safeguarding resources and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This senior position reports financial performance to senior management and the Board while supporting health, safety and environment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and shape corporate financial planning and structure.
• Coordinate, analyse and present financial performance to Management and the Board of Directors.
• Prepare short‑term and long‑term financial forecasts.
• Implement robust contracts management and financial reporting systems.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning cycles.
• Analyse risks, investments and recommend improvements to reporting systems.
• Establish procedures for custody and control of assets and records.
• Support HSE initiatives and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams, drive cost optimisation and provide strategic direction.
