About the role
The Field Operator PCP is responsible for delivering safe, efficient and reliable production services to customers, focusing on Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) systems.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor wells, optimize production and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Inspect equipment, support maintenance activities and prepare rigs for up and down times.
- Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings and ensure accurate, on‑time deliverables.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in oil and gas operations with PCP systems.
- Commitment to HSE standards, PPE use and safety training.
Required skills
- Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) system operation
- Well monitoring and production optimization
- Troubleshooting of operational issues
- Equipment inspection and maintenance support
