Experienced Sourcing Professional – Procurement & Supplier Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Professional to join our innovative Sourcing and Procurement team. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier tenders and contracts, and ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and execute supplier tenders to support internal business demand.
• Negotiate, execute and maintain supplier contracts in line with local policies.
• Develop, qualify and manage existing and new suppliers aligned with business strategies.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, ethical and regulatory standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Support long‑term sourcing and distribution management strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, ethics and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and within teams under tight deadlines.
• Customer‑service orientation and end‑to‑end request handling.
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with ARIBA procurement platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
