Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a remote Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for its global client base. You will combine executive search methodology with rigorous candidate assessment to place high‑performing leaders that drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Facilitate offer processes, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting US‑based candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Broad knowledge of various industries and executive functions.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple searches independently.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
