About the role

INDI is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to work remotely, connecting top-tier senior talent with leading companies worldwide. You will lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments, ensuring high‑quality placements that drive client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for senior‑level and executive positions.
• Facilitate offer processes, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Broad understanding of various industries and executive functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
