About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the search, attraction, and assessment of senior‑level talent for its global clients. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while partnering with top‑tier organizations to place high‑impact leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies to identify high‑caliber talent for executive or senior‑level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring smooth placements that satisfy both client and candidate.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting US‑based candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Broad knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
