Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to source, assess, and place senior‑level talent for our global clients. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while partnering with a multicultural team of top‑tier professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to determine candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively attract top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.
