Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to source, assess and place senior‑level leaders for our global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying top talent that can drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively attract top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience recruiting US candidates for commercial roles.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.
• Advanced level of English.
