About the role

The Executive Director leads the execution and delivery of large‑scale capital projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, quality and safety standards. This senior position combines strategic planning with hands‑on oversight of design, procurement and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

Develop business strategies and implementation plans for major projects.
Lead large‑scale capital projects from conception to completion.
Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
Oversee design activities, consultants and contractors.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Monitor key performance indicators and overall project performance.
Review project planning, procurement processes and forecasting.

Required profile

Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles.
Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
