Executive Assistant & Revenue Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant & Revenue Operations Specialist to support senior leadership in a fast‑growing roofing and construction firm. This fully remote position blends high‑level executive support with end‑to‑end revenue cycle ownership, ensuring projects run smoothly and cash flow stays healthy.

Key responsibilities

• Attend executive and job‑site meetings, capture action items, deadlines, and follow up to guarantee completion.
• Proactively chase internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Manage the executive’s email inbox and calendar, coordinating client meetings, estimates, and project timelines.
• Lead revenue operations: generate invoices, track receivables, reconcile discrepancies, and secure timely collections.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online records, verify invoice accuracy, resolve billing issues, and support revenue reporting.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing status, collections, and payment negotiations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of combined experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, and accounts‑receivable/revenue operations professional.
• Experience in construction or home‑services environments is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full revenue cycle from quote to cash.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Exceptional organizational and follow‑up skills with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English; must reside in LATAM or Europe.
