About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to act as a bridge between HR and business units in Caracas. The role will drive people strategies that align with organisational goals, supporting talent development, organisational effectiveness and a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development programmes.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation.
  • Facilitate organisational change and culture-building initiatives.
  • Manage payroll processes (mandatory).

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in HR, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
