Entry Level Software Developer – Remote AI Training

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this flexible, asynchronous role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code written by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level, or senior candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
